The following samples were developed for the revised marketing push of 2007 beginning with the revised logo shown above shown above and the new graphic look replied to existing materials, e.g.; print ads, and outdoor boards.
Once the revised graphic look had been approved, the website project was taken away from the local web company and given to me to re-design, re-code and re-launch using content I'd written for better SEO along with completely reworked and correctly written meta descriptions for for all aspects of www.CarverMountain.com.
The brochure I created was a horizontal design (11" x 8.5") so when opened, the brochure would be 22" in length reinforcing visually the panoramic views from the development.
The brochure also featured a double gate fold, so when opened, the gate spread measured 44" in width. The samples shown here were alternate versions of that spread image and were provided as pdf's to investors to help promote the vistas from Carver Mountain.
To spark more interest in the project and to attract early custom builders, we created these laser-cut, wooden block mailers which were sent to a specific list developed by Joe and Brad.
