Working as a team, my office of Bozell Scottsdale joined with our sister office in Kansas City to pitch the destination retail stores of the Legends at Village West in Kansas.
Village West began as the home of the Nebraska Furniture Mart, Cabela's and the Kansas Speedway, but with the addition of the Legends it was transformed into a Kansas City shopping, dining and entertaining destination located in the Village West development in Kansas City, Kansas. Legend's at Village West became a 750,000 square-foot outdoor retailing district and a gross leasable area of 1.2 million square feet, with stores and restaurants shoppers couldn't find in many areas in the Midwest.
The work below reflects the first on-site posters we developed for the Legends' marketing department, helping to quickly show visitors the vast number of stores, entertainment, and eating venues available at the Legends. These posters were then re-sized and used for direct mail, newspaper, and outdoor advertising.
