Attacking Martian Robot No.2
by Mike Pitzer, 2018
This was one of the coolest things I started collecting as a kid. It cost me $1 at a garage sale and I was able to hold on to it until a couple years after I got married — the silver, 1950’s Horikawa Attacking Martian Robot. If you could find a mint version with box today, you’d spend at least $800. So cool. So fun. If you notice the dent in the head, that was created by our first housekeeper, Maria.
